I stayed in the Beautiful Double or Twin Room for 1 night. The WiFi was reliable and fast. Breakfast had a wide variety, perfect for my family's tastes. The cot provided for my child was a nice touch. The staff were lovely and really attentive 😊

There's full of variety food.

There no pipe provided beside the toilet bowl. Its not suitable and not comfort for muslim customer. The room are too small even its 4 star hotel. Can be compared to 3 star hotel like Grand Sakura Hotel. The staff not too helpful from bell boy to receptionist. Im not going to stay again at this hotel again.

Recommended for families looking for space

The staff were amazing , they helped us locate some delicious local food. The breakfast was enjoyable with a nice view of Plaza Medan Fair from the floor.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still reasonable.

the access is very easy since it's in the heart of the city and I found a nice 'mie ayam medan' stall just behind the hotel serving delicious food that I loved exploring during my walks around the area.

The breakfast spread was really good, and I was pleasantly surprised by the free herbal tea and fresh fruit in my room! I enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor pool and using the fitness center to unwind after a long day. Just a note, the elevators could take a while when it's busy, but overall, I had a lovely stay! 😊

I stayed in the Superior Double or Twin Room for 3 nights. The room was pretty comfy, and I loved how clean everything was. The toiletries were a nice touch too. The staff were super attentive and polite. Just a heads up though, the room could use a touch-up, but overall, it was a nice experience after a busy day out in Medan.
